Purposes for data treatment

In particular, your personal information will be handled for purposes linked to the carrying out of compliances related to legal or contractual obligations (for example, subscribing to the French Tattoo Artists Yearbook) and to compliances which are obligatory by law in the fiscal and accounting fields. Handling functional data in order to carry out these obligations is necessary for the correct management of the relationship, and their conferment is obligatory in order to carry out the aims cited above. Furthermore, the Data Controller hereby declares that if any obligatory information is not communicated or is communicated incorrectly, this could make it impossible for the Data Controller to guarantee the adequate handling of said data.

Any email addresses which are voluntarily provided, through the specific contact request form and/or through the specific "Contacts" section of the Site and/or subscription to the publishing product "French Tattoo Artists Yearbook" by way of a signed contract, can be used to send informational communications such as newsletters, DEM, promotions, etc…., which solely regard the Company's activities.

Option to provide personal information

Except for what is specified regarding navigation data, if the user wants to request that informational material or other communications be sent to him/her, he/she is not obligated to provide the Company with any personal information requested on the Site's request forms, or which is in any case indicated in the contacts section. If the user decides not to provide said information, this could impede him/her from receiving what he/she requested.
